Having first been an energy worker and holistic health practitioner, Victoria’s teaching style and approach comes from an energetic lens. As Victoria often shares, according to the Yoga Sutra, a yoga asana or posture practice is an energetic practice meant to create change. She views each movement as shifting and balancing energy - so alignment is key. With alignment, strength, depth and understanding follow. Additionally, off the mat, she weaves the teachings of yoga into the integrative health and traditional healing sessions she offers clients.
