YOGA (steady flow) INSTRUCTOR

Maggie teaches Vinyasa flow infused with Kundalini-inspired breath and movement. A 200-hour RYT with an additional 300-hour certification in Vinyasa and Kundalini, she creates accessible classes that invite students to meet their bodies with awe and curiosity. Deeply interested in the power of motivation, Maggie uses yoga as a tool to cultivate awareness, energy, and purpose—supporting students in moving with intention both on and off the mat.
