Chloe likes to approach yoga with the mentality that the student is the teacher and she am just present as a guide. She loves the space that yin gives to challenge the student to really sit with themselves. Chloe believe outside of the physical benefits of yin, it really teaches you new ways to trust yourself and how to truly listen to your body. This is all work done within the student and little to nothing to do with the teacher.
