Stephanie
Founder & Owner of Flow House
Stephanie's journey to Pilates began not as a fitness enthusiast, but as someone seeking relief from chronic foot pain. Born with club feet and having undergone multiple corrective surgeries throughout her life, she discovered Pilates as a transformative practice that addressed not just her physical alignment, but her overall sense of well-being.
Committed to deepening her understanding of the practice that had given her so much, Stephanie completed a comprehensive 400+ hour Pilates certification. She went on to teach at studios throughout Minneapolis and St. Paul, as well as in San Francisco, developing her signature approach that emphasizes Pilates for holistic wellness—helping clients feel good from the inside out, both physically and mentally.
Flow House represents the culmination of Stephanie's personal healing journey and her passion for conscious living. The studio's unique retail concept was born from years of brand research and her desire to bring the thoughtfully curated wellness experiences she sought out while traveling directly into her local community.
Every brand featured at Flow House reflects Stephanie's values-driven approach to business and life. With 95% of the carried brands being both woman-owned and eco-friendly, the retail selection extends the studio's wellness philosophy into everyday objects and actions. Flow House isn't just where Stephanie teaches—it's the type of intentional, inspiring space she always researched and visited when traveling, now created as a gift to share with her neighbors and community.
